Recipe for Electrolyte Drink (recommend 1 per day):
400ml water (sparkling is delicious)
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cream Of Tatar
